Family Sessios - What To Wear - Part 3
Don’t let clothing selection for the family photo session stress you out! If you caught parts 1 and 2 of this series, you learned about considering color and comfort with wardrobe.
Today we’ll talk about Class!
As before, I want to point out that the most important consideration in this process to be yourself!
Find clothing that reflects your personality and shows who you are. When we talk about “class” we’re talking about a level of formal or casual atmosphere that reflects who you are.
One is not better than the other, it’s not important that you strive for a certain formality that is not characteristic, nor is it important that you undershoot to fit a certain “style”. It IS important however, that each member of the family is consistent, especially if shooting for more traditional family styles. If traditional is your thing – try to make each member of the family dress to the same level of formality or casualness.
In the non-traditional style, it’s alot of fun to let each person decide what they want to wear. Do what you think is best! Maybe keep a common color theme and individualize the style. Go beyond and visit the costume rental shop and find something fun for everyone to wear. Or, let everyone dress in something that represents a favorite activity or sports team.
